CTX Technology UK Ltd Terms And Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1. The "Customer" means the account applicant or person who accepts a quotation of the Seller or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller.

1.2. The "Seller" means CTX Technology UK Ltd. Orders are accepted or declined by CTX Technology UK Ltd or WorldPay.

1.3. "WorldPay" is the company that processes the order on CTX's behalf.

1.4. "Products" means the good or goods, which the seller is to supply.

1.5. "Refurbished" CTX Refurbished monitors consist of new models previously used for demonstration and evaluation purposes, or monitors returned as faulty where subsequently no fault has been found. All monitors in this category have been approved for re sale.

1.6. "Obsolete" CTX monitors which have been phased out and are no longer available on the local market due to the introduction of new models. These units, although no longer part of the current CTX range, are in full working order.

1.7. "Replacement" a product that has a similar specification to the product you have bought.

2. Sending Orders and Confirmation of receipt

All information on the site should be treated as an invitation for you to make an offer to purchase ("the order") and we remain entitled to reject any order without giving reasons. An order, once sent to us, cannot be withdrawn unless we agree thereto.
Although our site is set up to confirm receipt of your order ("confirmation"), technical or other problems may delay or prevent such confirmation. If you have not received confirmation from us shortly after sending your order you should contact WorldPay: mailto:shopper@worldpay.com, and quote your WorldPay Digital Receipt transaction ID no.

DO NOT re-submit your order as this may lead to a duplicate transaction for which you will remain liable.

3. Order Limit

There is a limit of 1 monitor per order and a limit of £250 per order, if you exceed this limit your order will not go through and you will be asked to reduce your products. You can do this by clicking on View Basket and 'removing' extra products from your basket.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Week Day Delivery

· Orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day where goods are in stock at the time of order processing.
· Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) will be dispatched on the following day and will arrive the day after where goods are in stock at the time of order processing.

4.2 Weekend Delivery

· Orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Friday will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next day (Saturday, which cost more then normal delivery)
· Orders placed after 12 noon (GMT) Friday will be dispatched on the following Friday and delivered on the following Saturday.

Notes: · Dispatch method is at CTX Technology UK Ltd's discretion.
· Offer applies to UK mainland Only
· Working day is defined as Monday - Friday, and Weekend is defined as Saturday
· No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays.
· We shall try our level best to deliver the goods at the specified date. However, if the delivery does not take place at the promised date, due to some unavoidable circumstances, we shall deliver the item on the very next working day and in this case, no refund will be made.
· Delivery will only be made to the Card Holders address.

If after one attempt, delivery of products is not successful due to customer a note requesting the Customer to collect the item within 3 working days from the local delivery depot shall be left at the address, if customer has still not collected the product after this period, the product will be returned to CTX Technology UK Ltd, ready for collection.

5. Warranty Terms

3 Months RTB Warranty

CTX provides a Three month RTB warranty on all the manufactured parts including the CRT and also includes any labour costs that may occur during the repair.

If you have any problems with your CTX Monitor then follow the step by step guide below to receive the CTX Service.

· Call the Service centre on 01923 810804.
· A member of our trained technical team will answer your questions, identify the fault and if possible rectify it.
· When calling please have the following information ready:

- A detailed description of the defect.
- The serial number of the monitor (on the back of the monitor).
- The model name (VL510, MS700U etc.)
- The part number (1769-211, 1995-N10 etc.)
- Original invoice receipt (showing date of purchase).

If problem is not rectified over the phone then you will need to send the monitor to us. The delivery cost of the monitor to the seller is paid by the customer. The repair and return delivery charge is paid for by seller.

The service operates throughout UK mainland*. If after testing a replacement monitor is required, the replacement monitor will be delivered within 5 working days. Please note there are no replacement deliveries on Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

· Please provide the technician with the following information:

- The delivery address and contact name.
- A daytime contact number.
- You will then be given an RMA number, which is your reference number and you will need to put this number on the box before returning it to us for repair.

In order to ensure that CTX Technology UK Ltd Service remains speedy and efficient we ask that you put the monitor in its original box in which it was bought or a similar box that will protect the monitor in transit and ensure it arrives at CTX in the same condition it was purchased in. Any damage caused to the monitor in transit due to insufficient packaging will be the liability of the customer.

The monitor that you receive through the Service will be the same model in a similar condition. If this is not possible you will receive a model with a specification the equal if not greater than your original monitor that was manufactured at the same time. If you are not satisfied with the replacement model, please notify CTX in writing within two weeks.

6. About the Warranty

The Warranty will be subject to the following conditions:-

6.1 The Liability of CTX Technology UK Ltd is limited to the cost of the repair and or replacement of the unit under the warranty. CTX does not accept any liability for loss of income, orders, time due to monitor failure or consequential loss. CTX will not be liable for failure or delays attributable to causes beyond its control.

7. Void Warranty

7.1 This warranty does not cover accident, misuse, wear and tear, transit and courier damage, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair or alternations, altered serial numbers and internal non-user set-controls.

7.2 If the product has been used or stored under abnormal environmental operating or storage conditions.

7.3 If an incorrect input signal or incorrect voltage/power supply is used.

7.4 Where no fault can be found after extensive testing, indicating user error or failure in ancillary equipment.

7.5 If the defects can be regarded as tolerance deviation which is within the CTX standard test specification.

7.6 If no proof of purchase invoice can be provided.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Refunds will not be given after 14 days of purchase. The customer should fill in a Refund form Refund Application Form or telephone 01923-810824.

These express warranties are in lieu of all others, warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by statute, common law, trade usage, courses of dealing or otherwise all of which are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In no event shall CTX Technology UK Ltd be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damage to other property caused by any defect in this Product, inconvenience, loss of goodwill, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of this Product or any associated equipment, cost of substitutive equipment, downtime costs or claims of any part dealing with purchaser for such damages, resulting from the use of this Product or any other legal theory. CTX Technology UK Ltd does not exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Product.
